Courses – Usui Reiki levels I, II and advanced (III)

Usui Reiki Level I – the History of Reiki, Hatsurei Ho meditation (Helps to strengthen your energy field to hold more energy), First 4 classes you will receive a Reiju which is the original Reiki blessing that Dr Usuiis supposed to have passed to his students leading up to their first attunement. I concentrate on practical work as that is where you will experience energy the most. we learn how to scan the energy for blockages, how to move those blocks, clearing the chakras, balancing the chakras, other energy moving techniques, hand positions for healing others, hand positions for self healing (and 21 days of self healing) sealing the energy field and grounding. We will also discuss keeping records and consulting skills. Level I attunement is passed. (6 classes – once a week).

Usui Reiki level II – we learn about the 3 Usui symbols which enhance our session work. we learn about distance healing and we do healing sessions using the symbols and a distance healing session. We learn Ketseuki Kokan, which is Dr Hayashi’s blood circulation technique. A Reiki II attunement is passed (4 classes – once a week).

Reiki advanced – this is considered the healing section of the masters level, but does not bestow the title of Reiki Master. We learn about the final Usui Symbol, and its use. We learn about psychic surgery, and we learn to work with the the immune system. The Advanced Attunement is passed. (4 classes – once a week).

Reiki Masters courses – During this course we will cover self-mastery techniques and meditations, and learn how to pass a Reiki Reiju, and four different attunements. Also included is information on what needs to be taught at different levels of Reiki.

Although this is a teaching level, a lot of Reiki students complete it for their own information. Teaching Reiki often requires more in the way of personal growth, understanding and dedication from the new Reiki Master.

How we run our courses – Level 1 is 6 classes, once a week for 6 weeks. Cost is R1600.00. Level 2 can follow 2 or so weeks later, and that is 4 classes over 4 weeks and is R1100.00. The advanced level can follow again 2 or so weeks later and is also 4 classes over 4 weeks, and is also R1100.00. Masters can take longer to get ready for – if at all, and is 7 classes over 7 weeks and is R3800.00. All levels can be completed when you feel you are ready. You can either continue straight away, or you can hop onto the next class when they are ready to complete the relevant level, or wait a year. Its up to you. Masters is usually a teachers level, but some people like to finish and do it for their own growth.

I have 3 times that I normally teach. Either an evening in the week, like a Wednesday evening 6:30pm until 9:30pm, or a Saturday afternoon from 2pm until 5pm, or a Saturday morning from 9am to 12 mid day. (Please contact Tracy for course dates.)

Classes are small, consisting of six to eight students.
